Saffire Pro 14

Manufacturer:
Focusrite

According to Tim Smith on the ffado-user mailing list on 1 May 2012, the basic audio features of this device work: I have a pro14, the basic device works, however you cannot set the input impedances (inst/mic) you need windows for that. The generic dice mixer is really confusing and I end up trying different channels until something happens.

Liquid Saffire 56

Just got my '56 a few days ago. Basic streaming works, the Liquid preamps are usable as plain preamps (no funky emulation, but who needs that). ADAT ins 1-16 work, external preamps sync'd to the Wordclock Out.
The mixer does not work out of the box, but it shouldn't be too hard to get basic functionality, with a bit of hand-holding from Arnold.

Reported to work with ffado-trunk (what will be 2.1 and later) with the generic dice driver. Lets see whether the mixer works too.
