Firmware upgrade is necessary
The card doesn't work out of box, you need to find last firmware and flash it.
I personally have a dual boot with windows, so I install windows drivers, and let it flash the card. Once reboot under linux, ffado / jack were working.
This should be possible to do it under linux, but the harder will be to find the last firmware, then use command ffado-bridgeco-downloader command.
